Mitronics offers no warranty other than expressed warranty through manufacturers.  During the manufacturer warranty period, Mitronics offers

1. Case: 12 months on power supplies from manufacturer date.  30 days on Chassis from the invoice date.  We will provide the spare parts and we will not accept the whole case as a RMA return.
2. VGA cards and Mother boards:     12 months from invoice date.  30 days DOA swap.  
3. CPUs and Memory: 14 days from invoice date.
4. System: One year from invoice date.
5. Speakers: 90 days
6. Floppy Drive and Optical Drive: One year
7. Software: you open it, you own it.
8. Electronics and Video surveillance: 90 days
9. Surveillance Systems with installation: 12 months.
10. No credit will be issued after 30 days of purchase.

RMA returns will be accepted only with RMA number and reasons for return.
Mitronics will also accept walk-in RMA without RMA number if RMA staff is available at that time.  We will swap RMA products on the spot if we have the RMA staff and products available at that time.
No advance swap available at all time.

Customers are also encouraged to direct swap with manufacturers such as MSI and ASUS.
